Shipping Policy
We use UPS ground shipping for all packages unless prior arrangements have been made. If you have to have your order shipped to a PO box let us know ahead of time so we can make arrangements.
We DO NOT ship packages outside the United States.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. No returns are accepted. It an item is defective, we will repair or replace it at our discretion up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
If you need to send an item back for repair, email support@partisanlabs.com with a description of the problem and we will send you a PDF file containing a shipping label. Print it and put it on the same size box the item came in and drop it off at the post office.
Please DO NOT ship batteries back to us, it just complicates things at the post office.
